Simple Deterioration Diagnosis Technology for Lubricating Oil 'Idemitsu Smart OC'

Easily diagnose the degradation state of lubricants on the spot using a smartphone. Determine the remaining lifespan rate and contribute to stable machine operation through efficient maintenance. *Exhibited at JIMTOF.

"Idemitsu Smart OC" is a technology that allows for easy on-site diagnosis of the degradation and contamination state of lubricants using a smartphone and a photographic module. By simply photographing the lubricant placed in the module with a smartphone, a dedicated app performs analysis based on lubricant analysis data, calculating the remaining lifespan percentage and the quantity and size of contaminants. This enables the determination of the appropriate timing for lubricant replacement based on numerical data, contributing to the stable operation of machinery and equipment. [Features and Benefits] - Reduction of time and labor in lubricant diagnosis - Determination of remaining lifespan percentage based on the color of the lubricant (degradation state) - Calculation of the quantity and size of contaminants (contamination state) - Contribution to the optimization of lubricant replacement timing Transitioning from TBM (Time-Based Maintenance) to CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance) [Exhibiting at JIMTOF2024] Dates: November 5 (Tuesday) to November 10 (Sunday), 2024 Booth Number: West Hall W4063 Exhibited Products: In addition to oil sensors, we plan to showcase our main products such as water-soluble cutting oils and greases. We will provide demonstrations with actual products, so please come visit us. *Please note that specifications may change without prior notice.

Diagnostic technology "FWD"

It is possible to identify sections and layers that require repair! Evaluate the integrity of the pavement and the CBR of the subgrade without damaging the pavement.

"FWD" is a diagnostic technology that applies an impact load (standard 49 kN) to a paved surface and measures the deflection occurring in the surface using multiple displacement sensors at varying distances from the loading point. This allows for a non-destructive evaluation of the pavement structure from the obtained deflection curve. It enables the assessment of the pavement's integrity and the CBR of the subgrade without damaging the pavement. By performing inverse analysis of the deflection, it is possible to determine the remaining thickness of the pavement layers and their elastic coefficients. 【Features】 ■ Allows for the evaluation of the pavement's integrity and the CBR of the subgrade without damaging the pavement ■ By measuring at many points, it is possible to identify sections or layers that require repair ■ Can determine the remaining thickness and elastic coefficients of the pavement layers ■ Manufactured by Grontmij in the Netherlands, equipped with a loading plate, heavy weights, load measurement devices, and deflection measurement sensors in a one-box vehicle *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
